Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and to perform your obligations under them.
Definitions
- Payment Instrument — credit/debit card, bank account, prepaid instrument, UPI, IMPS, or any other accepted payment method.
- Platform — the website or platform where the Merchant offers its products or services.
- Transaction — an order placed by the User with the Merchant to purchase listed products/services.
- Transaction Amount — the amount paid by the User for a Transaction.
- User — any person availing the products and/or services on the Platform.
Merchant's Rights
You agree that we may collect, store, and share information provided by you in order to deliver the products/services availed and to contact you in relation to the same.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information including name, email, phone number, delivery address, age, gender, and accurate payment details required for completing transactions.
Prohibited Actions
As a User of the Platform, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data to compile databases without written permission.
- Make unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting user data for unsolicited communications.
- Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the platform.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users.
- Engage in automated use of the system such as scripts, bots, or data mining tools.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software on the platform.
- Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material.
- Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of receiving a defective product or a product that doesn't match the description, the User's only recourse is to initiate the refund process as outlined in this agreement. We expressly disclaim any liability for losses beyond this. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant and its affiliates from any claims arising from a breach of these Terms.
Guidelines for Reviews
- Reviews must be based on firsthand experience.
- Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, racist, or discriminatory language.
- Reviews must not contain references to illegal activity.
- You may not post false or misleading statements.
- You may not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content.
Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree that courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, cancellations are generally not permitted unless specifically provided for on the Platform, in which case the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform.
Cancellations
We retain the discretion to approve any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before approving any request.
Returns & Refunds
Once you have received the product and/or service, a replacement, return, or refund may be requested only if the product does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund claim, contact us with:
- A clear and specific reason for the refund request.
- The exact terms that have been violated.
- Any supporting proof or evidence, if required.

Delivery Dates
You agree that delivery dates provided are estimates only, unless a fixed date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Shipping Costs
The cost of delivery will be calculated at the time of initiating the Transaction, based on your shipping address. This amount will be collected as part of the total Transaction Amount paid for the product and/or service.
